Luke 18:1   says that Jesus told a parable to show that we must always pray and never give up. Praying is the only way for us to approach God to talk to him. We come before him either to praise and adore him, or simply to ask him for what we need and which is in accordance with his will. -136bad5cf58d_ declare that 'whatever you ask in faith in prayer, you will receive'. We can only ask for what God has promised us ( 1 John 5:14-15   ). The will of God is clearly expressed in his word (the promises of the Bible). Thus by reading the Bible, you will discover that his will is that  man be saved from eternal death ( John 3:16  ), you will see also that it is always his will that man be healthy or that he be healed when he is sick or that he be delivered when he is a captive of the devil ( 3 John 1:2 _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_;  1 pierre 2:26  ,  Luc 4:18-19 _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_), God wants man to be able to overcome the world ( 1 John 5:4  ) and the dark powers that try to oppose God's marvelous plan in our lives. It is through prayer that we combat these spiritual forces that constantly attack us. The following prayers are based on God's promises for different life situations. They will certainly help new converts pray better, but they are also powerful for longtime Christians, since they are based on the word of God. They should not be recited mentally. Before praying to him, read them and meditate on them, then proclaim them aloud with faith, we assure you that you will see the sword of the spirit which is the word of God in action. Most of these prayers, are inspired to us after a given teaching, others slightly modified come to us from other ministries. All are effective since they are based on the promises of God. Particularly effective prayers in case of distress are the prayer of battle, the prayer for the sick or spiritual medicine, the prayer against fear and the morning prayer.
